Job Overview

The System Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making across organizations. This position is responsible for extracting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, including electronic medical records (EMR), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, surveys, and outcome tracking systems.
  • Manage system integration, updates, and customization needs to ensure seamless data collection and reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of client records to ensure complete and accurate data.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent data across platforms or within records and proactively address these discrepancies.
  • Develop automated reports to support clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline data reporting and collection.
  • Track key metrics, such as patient acuity, screening scores, and authorization trends.
  • Communicate findings through clear dashboards, visualizations, and executive summaries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, software development, or system administration.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, data modeling, and query languages.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
