Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team by creating engaging content, managing internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

  • Develop and produce marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Maintain and update content for internal platforms like company intranets.
  • Sustain brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Support the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like project management software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
  • Provide additional administrative and marketing support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Proficient graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com is highly preferred, with experience in digital marketing platforms considered a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
