
Financial Records Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounting assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain all accounts payable and receivable records, including supplier ledgers and customer accounts.
Prepare and submit monthly reports to management, including financial statements and reconciliation of client/customer accounts.
Process cash advances and revolving funds, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and employees.
Monitor and record utilities, updating the company's records as necessary.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial information and identify any discrepancies.
Provide support to the accounting manager in preparing financial statements and other reports as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with accounting software and systems commonly used in the industry.
