Job Title: Inventory Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Inventory Planning Assistant.

  • Monitor warehouse operations, facilities and equipment status for potential areas of improvement.
  • Verify reports from supervisors on supplier compliance issues.
  • Support logistics team in negotiating with forwarders and soliciting quotations.
  • Handle customer complaints and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare internal memoranda outlining warehouse guidelines and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with logistics managers to implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business or related field is required.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
