Key Responsibilities

The Organizational Development and Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on improving performance and fostering employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training and development programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure that training initiatives align with business objectives, driving overall success and growth.

  • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to employees at all levels, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize program success.

  • Support leadership development initiatives and assist in succession planning, helping to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees, enhancing performance and development, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

  • Assist with organizational change initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative and effective approaches into training programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, training, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods, with a focus on measurable results.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus, as well as certification in Organizational Development, Training, or related fields.
