Job Role:

Performance Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting paid media campaigns and optimizing performance.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of digital marketing and PPC principles, as well as experience working with data and spreadsheets. Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is also required.

The Performance Marketing Assistant will be responsible for setting up and monitoring paid campaigns, uploading creative assets, and tracking changes. They will also prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, and support data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

In addition, the Performance Marketing Assistant will maintain trackers and campaign documentation, conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
