What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Australian tax and accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CA certification preferred, but not required
  • Strong understanding of Australian tax laws, GST/VAT regulations, payroll requirements, and business taxation
  • Experience preparing special purpose financial statements and group tax work
  • Proven proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero Practice Manager is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights
