  • Utilizing advanced skills to perform complex tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

  • Inspecting building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

A Registered Mechanical Engineer (Required) certification is essential.
