Job Overview

The objective of this role is to assist the Head of Supply Chain in analyzing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies. Focus will be on ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions, identifying, and implementing improvements that enhance logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Manage Amazon and Shopify order management platforms for seamless transaction flows and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain to strategize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to optimize stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Understand relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Vendor Liaison: Understand relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers alongside the Supply Chain team to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
