As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide administrative support and business development works to the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for importing coordinator tasks, processing payments for Customs duties and taxes of shipment, and preparing documentations related to importations/exportations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in marketing and business development.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field, with at least 2 years experience in general office works in the construction industry and willingness to be trained in import works.

You will also need to be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team.
  • Coordinate imports and process payments for Customs duties and taxes of shipment.
  • Prepare documentations related to importations/exportations.
  • Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and other tasks instructed by Department Head.
