About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join ATOMIT Corp. as a Cloud Engineer - Platform Developer, where you will play a key role in shaping our public cloud strategy and implementing cutting-edge solutions on Azure. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Cloud Engineer - Platform Developer at ATOMIT Corp. will include:

- Designing and implementing robust builds and ongoing support for multiple environments
- Collaborating with expert engineers to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices across our system architecture
- Developing innovative solutions that meet our business needs, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing, system administration, and DevOps
- Contributing to the development of our monitoring solutions and serving as an escalation point for builds, implementations, and support issues for other teams

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud computing, and system administration
- Strong expertise in cloud providers (GCP or Azure), preferably with hands-on experience with both platforms
- Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, including Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, YAML, and JSON
- Extensive knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems, including advanced commands, file systems, and shell scripting
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud services for private clouds (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to best practices in operational processes for DevOps
