About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing financial statements, managing and monitoring company accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems to streamline accounting processes, provide financial advice and forecasting to assist in decision-making and budgeting, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and monitor company accounts, including general ledger reconciliation and financial audits.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems to streamline accounting processes.
  • Provide financial advice and forecasting to assist in decision-making and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing.
  • Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management (2+ years preferred).
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with an attention to detail to identify discrepancies in financial records and tax filings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
