Southstar Drug, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Merchandising Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for merchandising and inventory management in our retail pharmacy. This includes maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, pulling out bad stocks, and monitoring deliveries of merchandise in the branch.

The role also involves handling customer inquiries and minor complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Merchandises and manages inventory in the retail pharmacy
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
  • Pulls out bad stocks
  • Monitors Deliveries of Merchandise in the branch
  • Handles customer inquiries and minor complaints for immediate action and solution

**Requirements**

  • Preferable a College Graduate of any 2–4-year courses
  • Senior High School Graduates with related job experience are welcome to apply
  • Work experience in other customer service industries is an advantage
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
