Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT, Audit, and Compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of vendor risks.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with third-party vendors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate vendor-related risks.
  • Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance to ensure ongoing alignment with Manulife's information security objectives.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business, or Finance (preferred). Experience in performing third-party information security risk assessments.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technology, Technology Risk and Controls, Technology Audit, Cybersecurity, Application Security, Network Security, Cyber Resiliency, and Third-Party Outsourcing Risk Management within a large enterprise level environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience with industry risk frameworks and information security standards (ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, HITRUST, etc.).
  • Experience with Archer, ProcessUnity, or any Vendor Risk Management tool is preferred.
