Job Overview

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

  • Conduct daily audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Lead calibration sessions with teams to ensure consistency in quality standards
  • Perform side-by-side audits and real-time coaching to engineers
  • Review weekly tickets with team leaders to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver QA updates and refresher training through roadshows
  • Submit regular quality reports to management
  • Identify potential quality issues and escalate them to management promptly

  • Strong understanding of quality standards and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
