About the Role:

Main Duties:

  3. Providing expert advice to customers on meat selection, cooking methods, and storage.
  4. Managing inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies as required.
  5. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in a butcher or related role.
  • Detailed knowledge of various cuts of meat and preparation techniques.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to handle heavy lifting and equipment operation.
