E-Learning Graphic Designer Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for our e-learning projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design abilities, proficiency in creating concepts for various e-learning development tools, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using Adobe products and traditional print software.
  • Develop dynamic and captivating project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Take written content and produce innovative graphic ideas/solutions for various media channels.
  • Collaborate with Learning Directors, Instructional Designers, and Design Managers to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Effectively manage time to balance demanding requirements of multiple concurrent projects and schedules.
  • Recognize internal and client constraints to align designs and overall design approach.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional conceptual visual design skills.
  • A high level of proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Broad knowledge of designing for various eLearning industry tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
