Job Title: Virtual Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Marketing Specialist to join our team in managing digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for social media management, email marketing, marketing automation, and advertising support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Manage and schedule approved content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Engage with target audiences through comments, likes, follows, and direct interactions.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and audience interactions.

Email Marketing

  • Deploy targeted email campaigns via Mailchimp to segmented customer, lead, and prospect lists.
  • Maintain and update email lists for accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

Content Deployment & Organization

  • Coordinate with the internal team to receive approved copy and graphics.
  • Upload, schedule, and quality-check content prior to publishing.
  • Keep marketing assets organized in cloud-based systems.

Marketing Automation & Advertising Support

  • Assist with setting up workflows for social and email automations.
  • Support integration of platforms to improve efficiency in campaign execution.
  • Provide assistance in managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Manager, Zoho Social, or similar tools.
  • Experience with paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Ads is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
