Frontend Lead Developer Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • 40% leading and 60% technical hands-on coding.
  • Provide technical feasibility and time estimations for tasks.
  • Ensure correct code implementation with quality, stability, and readability in mind.
  • Passing on knowledge and dedicating time to mentoring other colleagues.
  • Be a leading role-model and coach for your peers, never stop learning and always strive for improvement.
  • Directing the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Improve or maintain technical skills on a higher level, see the bigger picture and try to architect good solutions for new features or find problems in the projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient English written and oral skills.
  • Taking ownership and being accountable are essential qualities.
  • Experience with modern web development using Next.js and component libraries.
  • A desire to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams.
