Job Requirements
  • The Business Solution Architect leads the development of pilot products and engagement initiatives for Business Units within the bank. They create digital solutions based on business objectives and customer research, driving product requirements, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and operate pilot products.
  • This role utilizes customer-centric design and agile approaches to deliver products addressing customer challenges and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as Engagement Lead with Business Units and lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and opportunity finding.
  2. Possess a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end customer experience.
  3. Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap, translating it into well-defined product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  4. Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  5. Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing customer and stakeholder requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the customer experience and support teams to define operations support handling and monitoring during the pilot stage of the product.
  7. Analyze product performance data for decision-making and develop tracking and reporting systems post-launch.
  8. Manage project plans and deliverables aligning with stakeholders' expectations.
  9. Introduce best practices of product development to the enterprise.
