About the Role- The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the execution of agency management and governance, quality recruitment and leader development in assigned sector to drive Activation & productivity in support of overall Next Gen Agency strategy.
- Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development
- Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Review
- Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion
