Deputy CFO

**About the Role**

Filinvest Group seeks a seasoned finance professional to serve as Deputy CFO, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This key leadership position plays a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring the success of our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain the highest level of integrity across all revenue streams, adhering strictly to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee capital asset projects, guaranteeing alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Develop and implement efficient procedures for complete and current collections.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Working knowledge of relevant financial practices and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of accounting rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and standard office equipment.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• No less than 10 years of management experience in finance, preferably within a similar organization.

**Compensation Package:** We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
