Main Responsibilities
  • Check settlement transactions to ensure accurate reports are sent to clients based on agreed timelines.
  • Match and compare settlement transactions and balances to internal and external sources like settlement statements.
  • Address discrepancies found during the reconciliation process.
  • Inform relevant teams promptly about discrepancies along with suggested solutions.
  • Satisfy daily reconciliation requirements.
  • Establish and maintain reconciliation guidelines for designated clients and merchants.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of reconciliation reports to clients as per agreement.
  • Deliver Settlement and Reconciliation training sessions to clients.
  • Provide thorough investigations with timely results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least two years of experience in settlement and reconciliation roles.
