About The Role

The Trainer Associate will help plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs to DIP employees in Colombia and the Philippines. They will work with managers, leaders, and senior consultants to identify training needs.

The role involves equipping DIP employees with the knowledge, skills, information, and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help identify training and development needs within the DIP platform through analysis and communication with leaders.
  • Design and create programs based on the needs of the platform, its department, and employees.
  • Produce and create training materials for in-house courses.
  • Conduct in-house trainings, including onboarding of new joiners for the platform.
  • Monitor, review, and assess the progress of trainees through assessment tests and results, attendance, participation, and providing feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that training requirements are met.
  • Prepare evaluation reports for trainings that include assessment results, attendance, and performance of trainees or new hires.
  • Help the training department solve training problems.
  • Promote DIP and Inchcape's framework and work culture.
  • Continuous progress on professional development through courses related to training.
  • Stay up-to-date with training and development skills and updates by attending meetings, researching, and attending relevant courses.
  • Research new methodologies for training and development that can be applicable to the platform.
  • Report on the status of tasks and projects for training.
  • Forecast future training updates applicable for DIP.
  • Attend various training meetings, along with administrative support for record-keeping and follow-up with both attendees and non-attendees.
