Job Description

As a Junior Auditor, you are responsible to conduct thorough process assessments, review the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and communicate results to help identify potential management risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with audit teams to identify key roles and activities through walkthroughs and source documents to establish clear objectives, evaluation criteria, and engagement scope.
  • Work closely with supervisors to develop or update risk assessment guides and audit programs.
  • Execute approved audit plans, documenting test results and conclusions in working papers. Ensure conclusions and results are based on thorough analysis and evaluation.
  • Assess sampling approaches, including digital audit tools and data analytics.
  • Report and escalate key issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, banking, or a related field is required. Professional certifications like CPA, CIA, CISA, or CF are preferred. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other audit-related systems applications.
