Forward-Thinking Dynamics 365 Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- To ensure the smooth operation of Dynamics environments, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for supporting business goals.
- You will report to a senior IT Solutions manager and balance multiple tasks, including platform upgrades, solution development, and integrations related to assigned projects and initiatives.
- A degree in technology or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology.
- Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
- At least 2-5 years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Soliciting information for drafting and presenting solution proposals.
- Excellent customer service skills.
