About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR & Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics and administrative tasks, supporting the daily activities of the HR team, and collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.
- Provide logistical and financial support to sales and events teams.
- Maintain records of office procurements, including equipment, vehicles, and other assets.
- Conduct monthly audits of office expenses and supplies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate all travel-related activities for official visits.
- Monitor the condition of office infrastructure.
- Support seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Collaborate in creating training plans and conducting workshops.
- Manage the exit process for departing employees.
