As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance and maintenance to clients' AppSheet-based applications.

The role involves troubleshooting, enhancing existing applications, and supporting end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration.

You will also provide recommendations for improvements and automation, assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability.

A key aspect of the job is documentation, where you will document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows.

In addition, you will collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support.

This is a full-time position that requires a 100% work-from-home setup.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a remote environment and communicate effectively with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
  • Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
  • Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
  • Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows
