About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team as an Information Security Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies to protect our organization's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate a comprehensive information security roadmap that aligns with the organization's risk appetite, in collaboration with the IT Network Manager. Establish information security policies, standards, and guidelines, and maintain a knowledge database comprising technical reference materials, security advisories, and laws and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Regularly assess the vulnerability of systems to cyber-attacks and other forms of security breaches, and establish a risk-based process for vendor risk management, including assessment and treatment of risks associated with partners, consultants, and service providers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, and develop a framework for roles and responsibilities regarding information ownership, classification, accountability, and protection.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure security assessments are compliant with regulatory requirements, respond to security incidents, and recommend technical controls to support defined security policies.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Solid work experience in Cyber & Information Security or at least 5 years of experience in IT Security Management, with a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certificate.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Solid knowledge in network security, IT regulatory compliance implementation, and security protocols.
  • Ability to lead executive teams, with strong communication and negotiation skills, project management, business acumen, and strategic focus.
