Job Description

We help organizations extract large volumes of publicly available web data at scale, allowing them to access and leverage the information they need without coding. Our no-code solution enables users to train robots in minutes for scraping, monitoring, and automating data extraction from any website, handling billions of records reliably and securely.

Our platform caters to various industries, supporting both technical teams managing data operations and business users seeking seamless non-technical data extraction. We enable companies to transform websites into real-time data pipelines within minutes, integrating with over 7,000 applications through powerful integrations.

About The Role

This role focuses on delivering data extraction and custom report building for our premium clients. You'll collaborate with our Customer Success organization to help users efficiently receive critical data at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Managed Services team to own project deliverables for managed clients and ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Be an internal technical expert focusing on automation workflows, data extraction, and customization, utilizing our robots.
  • Apply Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Utilize automation tools such as Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Perform extensive QA testing to ensure robots are functioning properly prior to client delivery.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of deep experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JQ.
  • Ability to have a 4-hour overlap with PST timezone.
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with Regex and XPath.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools.
  • Previous front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with Linear or other project management software.
