Job Title: PPIC Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PPIC Officer to join our team at Inventory Exchange Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of finished goods to clients
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure alignment with customer requirements
• Conduct analysis of production plans, finished goods, and raw materials inventory levels
• Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications
• Translate customer requirements into production priorities and track completion dates
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery of finished goods
• Reconcile and align with production group regarding weekly output
• Assist Production Supervisor in production risk assessment and mitigation activities
• Notify Business Unit Head and client on potential delays and interruptions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements
• Conduct weekly meetings with team to track production schedules
• Determine equipment, materials, and manpower required to complete production
• Help resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to BU Head
• Analyze operations results and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and submit complete, correct, and accurate weekly and monthly management reports
