Blockchain Infrastructure Specialist

We seek a highly skilled professional to lead the deployment, testing, and optimization of large-scale blockchain infrastructure. This role requires strong system administration skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and expertise in managing Web3 infrastructures.

  • Deploy, test, and optimize blockchain networks to ensure high reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex Web3 issues, including JSON-RPC debugging and blockchain log analysis.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, DataDog) to detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement automation solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes to streamline deployments and optimize infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with support, infrastructure, and development teams to accelerate issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong Linux/Unix system administration background with advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven expertise managing Web3 infrastructures, including node operations, validator setups, and RPC services.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and adaptability to thrive in dynamic Web3 environments.
