Job Summary:

HRnetOne is seeking a highly experienced Sales Technical Support Expert to join our Presales department. This role involves providing pre-sales support to clients, including on-site customer visits, technical communications, and product selection.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or support role. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and business acumen, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales support to clients, including on-site visits, technical communications, and product selection.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop comprehensive bidding proposals.
  • Support key accounts and projects by preparing technical documentation and participating in technical negotiations.
  • Develop technical sales tools, such as product selection aids and presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to pursue them.
