Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project team in delivering large-scale projects from requirements definition through deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-phase projects, overseeing and coordinating multiple teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed. They will also lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of project management software, methodologies, and best practices. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps, with excellent organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage large-scale projects from requirements definition through deployment.
  2. Oversee and coordinate multiple teams, including contractors, designers, government agencies, and suppliers.
  3. Allocate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
  4. Lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance.
Requirements

To apply for this role, you must have:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, with a professional license.
  2. More than 5 years of work-related experience in Senior Project Management (Construction).
  3. Working knowledge of building code, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  4. Familiarity with Project Management software, methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Good organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
