This role focuses on managing operational risk and regulatory compliance within the organization. Responsibilities include executing risk and compliance assessments, working with functional teams to manage evolving risk processes, and ensuring BU awareness and understanding of applicable enterprise risk and compliance policies.
The successful candidate will have experience in internal audit, risk and compliance, and be able to think strategically and execute tactically. They should be able to make sound recommendations to senior leaders and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This position involves overseeing the roll-out of new/changed risk and compliance requirements, supporting internal clients in designing solutions that meet risk and business objectives, and ensuring controls are in place to ensure compliance with requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year university degree and at least 3-5 years of management/technical experience plus 3 years of operational risk management (preferred).
