Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and securing the store's resources (personnel, inventory and equipment) using established systems and procedures with the end goal of achieving sales targets and satisfying the customer while maintaining a profitable retail operation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial objectives set for the stores and area assignment.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, implement marketing programs and events as directed, and provide premium customer service to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • E nsure that the store's inventory value is within applied variances.

People Management

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field and at least 3 years of working experience in the related field. Preference will be given to candidates with supervisory experience and expertise in sales or retail operations. The selected candidate must be willing to work in KCC Cotabato.
