Visual Content Creator Role

At Frontier, we are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer to join our team. This role blends creativity with technical proficiency to deliver high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent visual content for diverse platforms.

The ideal candidate will create, refine, and optimize visual and written content generated with AI tools. This includes leveraging AI-driven tools to generate creative content, editing, refining, and adapting AI-generated content to meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business objectives. Staying updated on emerging AI tools and trends is also crucial to continuously improve content workflows.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining templates, guidelines, and standards for AI-assisted creative processes. Ensuring all content is optimized for various channels (digital, social, web, print, etc.) is also a priority.

  • Leverage AI-driven tools to generate creative visual content, including visuals, copy, and design assets.
  • Edit, refine, and adapt AI-generated content to meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends to continuously improve content workflows.
  • Create and maintain templates, guidelines, and standards for AI-assisted creative processes.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for various channels.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or creative roles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency with design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt content to different tones and audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working 5 days a week.
