About the Position:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as Biological Science Analyst II. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, evaluating the safety and efficacy of drug products, and developing new methods that will support our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in vivo and in vitro studies to evaluate pharmaceutical drug products according to specifications.
  • Evaluate the safety and efficacy of drug products, product candidates, product raw materials, and herbal materials using different molecular biology techniques.
  • Screen and develop locally available botanical ingredients with potential as herbal products.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of results and experimental calculations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology (major in Molecular or Cell Biology), Molecular Biology & Allied Sciences.
  • At least 2 years of applied laboratory experience (in vitro and in vivo).
  • A good understanding of molecular, cell biology, and animal laboratory techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good technical background in other related sciences (e.g., Microbiology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Virology etc.).
  • Proficient in scientific software (DNAsis, BLAST etc.) and statistical software (GraphPad Prism, SAS etc.).
  • Well-versed in MS Office-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
