About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid social media campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute paid social media campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Analyze and report on campaign KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaign performance; e.g., Creative, Analytics, CRM, etc.

You will work closely with our in-house experts and agencies to find synergies to bring high-quality customers to our business. Lead the development of key campaigns across our portfolio, with a focus on growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Experience running large-scale multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat
  • Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • A process-improvement mindset to help us become more efficient in our activities.
