Facades Inspector

Our team is seeking a skilled Facades Inspector to perform comprehensive inspections and generate detailed engineering reports for clients. As a key member, you will analyze building inspection data provided by an AI platform and provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex structural analysis data and generate accurate reports for clients.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for their properties.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients.
