Programmatic Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Media Manager to own the full lifecycle of client campaigns from campaign briefs to performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Campaign Setup & Audience Building: Develop audience segments and generate PMP Deal IDs automatically.
  • Technical Configuration & Quality Assurance: Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platforms.
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting: Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor live campaign metrics and produce performance reports to identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates.
  • Margin Management: Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability.
  • Client Support & Escalations: Serve as first-line technical support for delivery issues and escalate complex cases to Engineering.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience.
  • Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange).
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem.
  • Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection.
