Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Center Shift Supervisor to oversee the sorting center processes, including inbound, sorting and outbound operations, and manage a team of employees to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing, with strong supervisory skills and knowledge of process improvement. They will also be proficient in Microsoft and Google Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure timely processing of deliveries
  • Create schedules and monitor tasks and duties
  • Manage performance and attendance of team members
  • Notify relevant departments of non-conformance or shortages/overages
  • Process transfers immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
  • Provide regular reports to Functional Lead and/or SOC Lead

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing
  • Supervisory experience with direct and agency employees
  • Attention to detail and background in process improvement
  • Proficiency in MS and Google Applications
