Job Summary
This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying data accuracy, conducting research, and providing excellent customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reference data.
  • Perform research to validate data accuracy.
  • Conduct outbound phone verification to confirm details on organization and prescriber records.
  • Participate in process improvements and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Validate new data gathered from third-party sources.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in handling voice and healthcare accounts.
  • College undergraduates with BPO experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with Windows applications (Excel, Word) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of complex concepts and processes is required.
  • Initiative and self-motivation to see through concerns raised by clients are essential.
  • The candidate must be willing to work night shifts.
  • Amenability to onsite training in Taguig is preferred.
