Job Overview

The Metering Support Assistant is a key role within our organization, playing a vital part in the SmartEnergy Management Department. This position involves managing meter data across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Key responsibilities include monitoring data quality, resolving data issues, coordinating with meter providers, and utilizing internal systems effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, supported by a relevant degree in Business Administration, IT or Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven data entry experience, preferably in a metering, energy services, utilities, or data-intensive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong planning, time management, and self-organisation abilities.
  • Resourcefulness and a results-driven approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
