Job Title: Business Development Executive - Agriculture Sector

About Us: Biostadt Philippines Inc is a leading manufacturer of plant nutrition products, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for farmers and end-users in the agricultural sector.

Salary: ₱45,000 - ₱60,000 per month, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion in the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver secondary sales objectives for assigned territory
  • Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to farmers, end-users, and other stakeholders
  • Implement sales and marketing programs to ensure product grounding and market share
  • Create a market for all products, with emphasis on key Biostadt products
  • Organize and establish field activities to promote Biostadt products, including commercial demo plots, farmer's field days, and meetings with farmers

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the same field
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with positive outlook and ability to work independently
