Strategic Financial Analyst

This role involves scrutinizing financial data of private companies and evaluating performance to ensure alignment with investment objectives. It requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess company financials from Excel files and CIMs to identify trends and patterns
- Evaluate company performance against established criteria
- Manage CRM systems, including HubSpot and Insightly for efficient data management
- Conduct outreach to business owners via email and phone calls
- Support investor and partner communication by organizing relevant data and follow-ups
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling and coordination
- Maintain organization across deals and communications in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong English fluency and written communication skills
- Proven experience in financial analysis, especially reviewing company financials
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools like HubSpot and Insightly
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to communicate with clients and partners
- Highly organized and reliable, with excellent attention to detail and adaptability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
