Senior Infrastructure Specialist


Overview:

Our company seeks a seasoned professional to manage the operational health and performance of both production and pre-production environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
  • Ensure platform infrastructure adheres to security policies and compliance standards.
  • Build, maintain, and support ephemeral environments for development, testing, and QA.
  • Work closely with engineering, development, and product teams to ensure platform services are aligned with development needs.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to monitor platform performance and quickly respond to incidents.
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineering.
  • Proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, monitoring tools, and Docker.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide platform engineers and developers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable with evolving technologies and rapidly changing requirements.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
