Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead initiatives and build new business partnerships for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a dynamic environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify leads and secure partnership opportunities to drive business growth
  • Develop new relationships with clients to expand company operations
  • Engage and nurture existing client relationships to maintain business continuity
  • Prepare sales materials, including proposals and contracts, to consistently meet or exceed quota targets

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive and able to flourish in an uncertain environment. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and 1-2 years of business development experience is preferred but not necessary.
