Job Opportunity: Marketing Support Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive marketing professional to provide day-to-day marketing support, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing support or a related administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects
  • Manage and operate various platforms
  • Assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks
  • Support the marketing team with administrative duties, campaign coordination, and communication with vendors and clients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with various platforms is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently

The successful candidate will be able to maintain organized records, ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
