Retail Operations Director

As a key member of our leadership team, the Retail Operations Director will oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, efficient management of schedules, and effective performance monitoring. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and hold their team accountable for meeting sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products.

• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns, and store credit administration.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with the president to execute company initiatives that support organizational goals.

• Sales management experience, preferably in specialty retail, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, teaching, motivating, and holding them accountable.
• Experience with MS Office applications and a self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding retail experience.
• An open mind, eagerness to learn, and a passion for the riding community (strongly desired but not required).

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
